Every customer who comes in to the bakery on Easter Sunday has a chance to win one of the three prizes. The bakery opens at 8 am on Sunday, and the drawing takes place at noon.
It’s a great opportunity to indulge in some traditional Italian baked goods, but to also see the elegant marzipan creations they’ve been producing since the 70s.
FIRST PRIZE – Two tickets to Florida
SECOND PRIZE – 20 lb chocolate eggs (pictured below)
THIRD PRIZE – $100 gift certificate to Fortunato’s
Special for the Easter holiday, and complementing the gelato and sfogliatella and marzipan wonderland, will be an assortment of chocolate eggs (including 20 lb-pounders) priced from $5-$20; and among the surprising things that marzipan can be fashioned into, from mussels to fruit, will be sheep marzipan ($11-$50). You’ll find chocolate bunnies and chicks, and baskets filled with goodies too (up to $20).
