Brought to you by PunkRope creator Tim Haft, Beastanetics Boot Camp is a 6-week (2 classes per week), high-intensity, interval-training program, which utilizes functional, triplanar body weight movements to increase stamina, strength, power, speed, agility, and mental toughness. Work and rest periods are kept short to maximize fitness gains.

Drop-ins are encouraged: Virgin Beasts are welcome to a one-time free trial (space permitting). Thereafter the drop-in fee is $15 per class. Drop them an email if you’d like to arrange to drop in to a class.
