Capri Jet Realty, a full-service boutique real estate brokerage firm based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is holding an event for new and experienced agents seeking to learn more about the growing firm, and the benefits they offer in the North Brooklyn community. The event will take place on Tues., Oct. 28, 2014 from 6:30 to 9pm at La Piazetta Restaurant at 442 Graham Ave. in Brooklyn.

“An Evening of Career Exploration,” will showcase the many resources and opportunities available at Capri Jet as the company undertakes an expansion initiative designed to attract new talent, and build stronger relationships with clients, landlords, owners and developers in North Brooklyn.

According to Samantha Sinkevitch, a salesperson at the firm and the coordinator of the event, “We have a strong vested interest in our market and our agents, and a deep commitment to the high quality of service we provide our clients. This event is designed to bring passionate people together in a casual and informative setting, and make area real estate professionals and prospects aware of the powerful training, generous commission split, hands-on support and desirable location we offer.”

In keeping with Capri Jet’s commitment to training and advancing its agents, the company is sending seven of its agents to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conference and Expo this November in New Orleans, LA. This year’s annual information-packed event will offer expert speakers, 100 education sessions, 400 exhibitors and 17,000 industry colleagues and guests.

Founded by Robert Napolitano, an industry veteran of over 25 years, Capri Jet is currently comprised of nearly two dozen experts in the real estate field who will also be available to discuss the tremendous potential in the Williamsburg and Greenpoint market, as well as the firm’s specialty services that include residential, commercial, investment and new development sales and rentals.

With the continually-evolving housing market in North Brooklyn, Capri Jet’s goal is to bring the firm’s involvement and performance to new heights, capitalizing on Napolitano’s knowledge and three generations of Williamsburg family roots. In addition to selling numerous properties throughout North Brooklyn, many for prices upwards of $1.5 million, Napolitano manages over 50 real estate properties, with the majority of them located in Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

“This area has blossomed into one of Brooklyn’s hottest and most desirable living destinations,” he says. “We look forward to hosting an event that will appeal to professionals wishing to be part of this fast-growing market.”
