The Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition’s (BARC) mission is to provide a safe haven for abandoned animals, and to provide a permanent, loving home for them. BARC is in their 27th year of providing quality food, shelter, medical attention, and love to the beautiful creatures in their care.
